White Glazed Kitchen with Navy Island

Kitchen Showroom Spotlight

See how hand-wiped glazing adds depth and character to painted cabinetry.

The Daladier door style features white painted maple with gunmetal glaze on the perimeter cabinets, paired with a striking Mount Etna navy blue island.

From camed glass wall cabinets with interior lighting to an impressive lineup of specialty storage solutions, this kitchen proves that elegant details and practical organization can coexist beautifully.

Artisan Details, Smart Organization

This display showcases premium finishes and specialty storage features that elevate everyday kitchen tasks.

The hand-wiped glaze technique adds dimensional color while features like the turtle pots and pans organizer, knife storage with polymer straws, and K-cup dividers keep everything accessible and protected.

Daladier Door with Hand-Wiped Gunmetal Glaze

The Daladier door style is perfect for glazing because of its multiple grooves and recesses.

After the white paint is applied and finished, a gunmetal glaze (a semi-translucent material different from standard paint) is painted over the entire door.

Then it’s hand-wiped off, leaving glaze only in the grooves and details of the door profile.

This creates dimensional color and visual depth that changes in different lighting. It’s an artisan technique that gives painted cabinets the character and richness of stained wood.

Camed Glass Wall Cabinets

The upper cabinets feature camed glass, which uses metal channels between different glass textures and patterns. It’s similar to stained glass but uses all clear and white glass for a more subtle, elegant look.

Rope lighting is installed behind the cabinet edge, illuminating the entire interior and making the glass details glow. The lighting switches are conveniently located inside the appliance garage, so you can control the ambiance easily.

Lift-Up Appliance Garage

The appliance garage features a lift-up door that rises and stays up, giving you full access to your coffee maker, toaster, or bread without any door in the way.

The smooth-close mechanism ensures it lowers gently when you’re done. It’s hidden storage that keeps countertops clear while keeping everyday items easily accessible.

Cambria Whitney Quartz with Full Bullnose Edge

The countertop is Cambria Whitney, a white-based quartz with glittery elements of glass and silver that sparkle when light hits the surface.

The front edge features a full bullnose profile that’s completely rounded and smooth, softening the look of the countertop and creating an elegant, traditional detail that complements the glazed cabinetry beautifully.

Applied Decorative End Panels

On both sides of the window opening, applied decorative end panels dress up the space and help hide the fact that two cabinets are stacked vertically.

It’s a finishing detail that makes the cabinetry look custom and intentional rather than utilitarian.

The same treatment appears on both ends of the island, elevating the entire kitchen design.

Cutlery Divider for Large Utensils

The top drawer includes a cutlery divider designed for larger utensils like serving spoons, spatulas, and cooking tools that don’t fit in standard silverware organizers.

It keeps your most-used items organized and easy to grab.

“Turtle” Pots and Pans Cabinet

The turtle pots and pans organizer is a clever pullout system. The top piece pulls out for shallow pans. There are slots on either side for lids to stand upright.

A small shelf in the middle pulls out independently. The whole configuration resembles a turtle shell, which is how it got its name.

It’s an organized way to store pots, pans, and lids so everything has a designated spot and nothing shifts around.

Pots & Pans Cabinet with Hidden Drawer

These extra-deep drawers are designed specifically for pots and pans.

Unlike cabinets with shelves or roll trays where items can shift and cascade out when you open the door, these drawers encapsulate everything.

This version includes a hidden shallow drawer on top, perfect for lids or utensils.

You get that extra bit of organization while still having the same deep drawer below for your cookware.

Adjustable Roll Trays

The standard drawer base features two types of roll trays: a deep one on the bottom and a shallow one on top.

Both are adjustable up and down, letting you customize the spacing based on what you’re storing.

Combined with soft-close mechanisms on all doors and drawers, these roll trays make accessing stored items smooth and quiet.

Mount Etna Navy Blue Island

The island cabinets showcase the Daladier door in Mount Etna, a sophisticated navy blue with subtle green undertones.

It’s rich, bold, and provides striking contrast against the white perimeter cabinets.

The color adds depth and makes the island feel like an intentional design statement.

Four-Drawer Base with Hidden Cutting Board

One of the island’s four-drawer bases includes a hidden cutting board tucked inside.

It’s a practical detail that keeps your cutting board stored but accessible, and it doesn’t take up drawer space you need for other items.

Wood Tiered Cutlery Divider

The tiered cutlery divider creates two levels within a single drawer.

Your silverware sits on the top tier while utensils or serving pieces fit below.

It’s an efficient way to double your drawer capacity without adding another drawer box.

Knife & Utensil Organizer with Polymer Straws

This pullout organizer features polymer straws where your knives drop down vertically.

Unlike traditional wood knife blocks that can dull blades over time as you slide knives in and out, these polymer straws protect your edges and keep knives sharper longer.

A stainless steel bucket holds utensils alongside the knives, keeping everything organized in one compact pullout that doesn’t consume counter or cabinet space.

K-Cup Drawer

Similar to the tiered cutlery divider, the K-Cup divider features round cutouts on top where K-Cups drop into individual slots.

Underneath, wood dividers create compartments for coffee accessories like creamer packets, sugar packets, stir sticks, or tea bags.

It’s dedicated coffee station storage that keeps everything organized and accessible.

Full-Height Base Cabinet with Beveled Glass

The end of the island features a full-height base cabinet fitted with beveled glass and glass shelves inside.

It’s a unique display opportunity that breaks up solid cabinetry and lets you showcase decorative items, glassware, or collectibles at a more accessible height than wall cabinets.

Decorative Legs

The island includes decorative legs that add furniture-quality detail and visual interest.

Combined with the applied decorative end panels, these legs make the island feel like a custom piece rather than standard cabinetry.
