The Baker's Dream Kitchen
Kitchen Showroom Spotlight
Step inside our Valparaiso showroom to explore a Decora inset display that proves smart storage doesn’t mean sacrificing style.
A Real Kitchen, Real Solutions
This kitchen pairs West Highland White upper cabinets with Coastal Plains lowers, a soft, sophisticated green that feels at home in everything from farmhouse to contemporary spaces across Northwest Indiana.
The color combination creates visual interest while specialized storage features like baker’s cabinets, appliance garages, and thoughtful lighting keep your busiest workspace organized and beautiful.
Baker’s Cabinet: Everything in Its Place
The star of this display? A dedicated baker’s cabinet that brings order to the chaos. Deep lower roll trays hold your flour, sugar, and baking staples. No more digging through pantry shelves!
Upper drawers keep rolling pins, pastry brushes, and specialty tools right where you need them. Every inch is designed to make baking day smoother.
The rest of the base cabinets feature full-extension, soft-close roll trays that let you reach everything from back to front, no more lost Tupperware lids.
Appliance Garage That Actually Works
Notice the hinged cabinet doors above the counter? They swing open to reveal your coffee maker, toaster, or stand mixer. This design keeps them handy but out of sight when you’re not using them.
It’s cleaner than leaving appliances on the counter and more practical than the old roll-up garage doors that always seemed to stick.
Open Bookcase: Style Meets Personality
The arched valance and open shelving in the center create a natural focal point. Display your favorite cookbooks, a collection of vintage canisters, or family photos.
This is where your kitchen stops being a showroom and starts feeling like yours.
Under-Cabinet Lighting Done Right
Look closely at the bookcase lighting. It’s tucked behind the face frame instead of underneath the cabinet. The result? A warm, even glow that highlights what’s on display without harsh shadows. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference.
