Von Tobel is seeking a full-time sales specialist for our flooring department at our Valparaiso, IN location. Qualified candidates will be able to assess our customer’s needs and provide a viable solution. They will work with both contractors and do-it-yourself customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting contactors and retail customers with product selection
- Pricing carpet, wood, vinyl and ceramic products
- Estimate materials to complete the project
- Closing the sale
Requirements:
- Sales driven
- 2-3 years previous sales experience in floor covering materials/installation
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong communication and math skills
- Committed to excellent customer service.
- Computer skills
- Ability to read blueprints a plus
- Dedicated to learning new products and applications
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $17-$20 per hour
Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay
